Corel Draw X5 left Adobe illustrator CS4 behind

Corel has launched Corel Draw x5 with one month full trial .I have downloaded it and currently reviewing its functionality.
I am a big fan of Adobe illustrator CS4 because I use it for vector drawing .It is very easy to use with flexible and advanced features .But Corel Draw X5 is much more advanced features than it .Corel Draw X5 includes extra functionality for vector illustrations .In past I had compared Corel Draw x4 and Illustrator CS4 and I found x4 behind CS4 .But in X5 there are all features included those are not in x4 and presents in CS4 .

CS4 drawing tools are pen tool ,brushes ,pencil ,arc
X5 drawing tools freehand ,two point line ,bezier ,pen ,b-spline ,polyline ,3 point line
Inbuilt brushes for CS4 are not so innovative and special but brushes gives in X5 are great I like the hair brushes very much given in X5 .
cs4 has only two gradient fills linear and radial but in X5 radial ,conical ,square ,two color gradient fills are available

Corel Draw X5 Photopaint has all features included require for advanced image editing I mean to say If you are using X5 you do not need to buy any extra software for image editing .

X5 ’s Price Almost 250 Dollar
But Illustrator ’s price 550+Dollar
And illustrator require photoshop or any other software to edit an image .So total price is 550+400 Dollar …………………
So conclusion is …….X5 IS CHEAP AND BEST

CREATING RSS FEED FOR WEBPLUS AND OTHER STATIC WEBSITES

Rss feed is inbuilt feature of dynamic websites such as joomla ,wordpress ,blogger ,drupal etc .But if you have a static html website how to create rss feed for your website .Rss feed is very very important for a website and makes a realtime connection with your site users .A user who subscribe for site feed can be updated with new articles and comments .In dynamic websites rss xml file is generated automatically when an article is written .But in static websites if you have a file in site folder named rss.xml it can not be updated automatically when a new article is written .Webplus has solved this problem and given a rss tool for creating rss feed manually .

Go to left toolbar and select rss tool at 19th number .

Now select add rss feed option

Set rss feed name ,file name and url.Give url to the website homepage url .

Now select option of add new article .

Setup article name article url and article description .In article description copy and paste your article .

Suppose you have 100 article in your website then you can add all articles in your feed by doing this .And when you writes a new article then you can add this article by selecting add new article option .
After creating your feed upload the rss feed file to website root folder .

This method indicates clearly that with webplus you can create a rss feed for any website .

CREATING ROUND CORNER BOXES IN WEBPLUS

Webplus is a very easy and great tool for creating professional looking websites .During designing a page in webplus I think there is no need to use any other software to create graphics such as buttons and boxes .Here is a little tutorial to create corners rounded of a box .

Go to left toolbar and select quick rectangle at 12th number .
Then draw a box
Now you will see a vertical line attached to the left side of box with a dot in its middle
Select this dot with left mouse click and draw it downward with continous clicking.
You will se the change in corners and now you can adjust corners easily .

When search bot (mainly talking about Google bot ) hits web site home page or any other page it follows the other links of web site on page ( if links are follow ) .Suppose a page (page 1) of your website is linked to home page and an other page (page 11) of web site is linked to another one(page 111) but no page (page1 ,page11 ,page111) is back linked to home page nor mutually back linked then search bot is confused and cannot crawl your web site successfully .It will prevent search bot crawling your web site frequently and it will give a very bad impression on search engine .

Every page have a back link to homepage and it is much better having A top level navigation on every page so that all pages remain connected with Top level menu .

seo has nothing to do with heavy images with transparency ,flash animations and flash videos .Search bot crawls just simple text present on your web page .Suppose we have worked hard to create a very good looking webpage with flash animations and heavy images .But we forgot to measure the size of page that exceeded 2mb .Search bot may leave your page without crawling in this condition .

How to create rounded corner graphics in Photoshop

For a novice it is a little bit hard to find how to make round corner graphics for a website or blog or for any other use .Here I will clear it in photoshop and it is very much easy .We can create corners round according to our need .

Suppose you want to make a button for a website with slightly rounded corners.
Create a web document with transparent background in photoshop
Select rounded rectangle tool in left tool bar at 18th position
Now go to the upper option bar for shape tools
Set radius 9px for rectangle’s corners.
Draw rectangle and color it as desired .

Making rounded corners of an existing image in photoshop

Open image in photoshop
Select rounded rectangle tool and set radius according to your will .
Draw rectangle all over the image .
Right click on rectangle and select option “make selection”
Set feather amount if needed ( according to image resolution )
Copy selection created on image
Create new file and paste this selection
Now you will find your image with rounded rectangles .
